Félix Lope de Vega y Carpio. El retrato se encuentra en la
Casa-Museo de Lope de Vega, y Sor Marcela aparece vestida con el hábito de la
Orden de las Trinitarias, y en el pecho y en su hombro izquierdo aparece la cruz azul y roja de los Trinitarios. Las manos de la retratada aparecen juntas y en posición orante, mientras que su vista está puesta en el Niño Jesús, que se halla en la parte superior izquierda y descansando sobre una sabanilla colocada sobre un lecho de paja.
