Puente de Alconétar (Brücke von Alconétar) in der Provinz Cáceres in Spanien. Die antike Segmentbogenbrücke führte ursprünglich beim Dorf Garrovillas über den Tajo. Sie wurde 1972 beim Bau des Alcántara-Staudamms 6 km flußaufwärts verlegt und steht heute weitgehend auf dem Trockenen.
English: The remains of the Roman
Puente de Alconétar (Alconétar Bridge), Cáceres Province, Spain. The ancient segmental arch bridge originally crossed the Tajo river near the village of Garrovillas. In 1972, during the construction of the Alcántara reservoir, the structure was moved 6 km upstream to its current location.
