English: Preliminary stages of the Finnish flag. Proposals for a Finnish national flag from 1862-1918, first page.
Translation of the text:

Other proposals have also been filed, but in such an obscure manner that they have not been succesfully reconstructed. This collection has been reconstructed by Olof Eriksson 13th February 1972."
