English: A plaque presented to head coach Pat Burns by the Montreal Canadiens to commemorate his first career NHL win on October 8, 1988 at the Montreal Forum. Also present is a helmet worn by defenceman Chris Chelios throughout a portion of his seven-year tenure with the club from 1983–90.
