Florentino Street to along España Boulevard, Sampaloc, Manila, has 2 wide lanes per direction and entry and exit ramps at C3 Road and España; it further connects NLEX Segment 10 to the end of Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in Santa Mesa, reducing travel time from SLEX-Alabang to NLEX-Balintawak from 2 hours to 20 minutes; it interconnect with the remaining segment—NLEX Connector España – Santa Mesa section construction). |
