Joseph Galvin, staff judge advocate for II Marine Expeditionary Force, native of Grand Rapids, Mich., presented awards to winners of the 2022 National Junior College Athletic association DI and DII Men and Women's Cross-Country and Half-Marathon National Championships in Tallahassee, Fl., on November 12, 2022.
