Description Chief Warrant Officer Harold C. Clinger lowers its ramp in preperation for docking with the Modular Causeway System on Oct. 18, 1998. The CW3 Harold C. Clinger is a Logistic Support Vessel used to provide worldwide transport of general and vehicular cargo. It is at the Port of Pusan, Republic of Korea in support of Exercise Foal Eagle.
