Description
English: Picture of LeMoyne Crematory located near the junction of Redstone Road and Elm Street in North Franklin Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, on July 30, 2011. This was the first crematory in the United States. Francis Julius LeMoyne had it built in 1876. Architect: John Dye. The crematory is on the National Register of Historic Places and the Washington County History & Landmarks Foundation's List of Public Landmarks.
