Summary

Description
English: All over town one can see houses, solidly built, in what I found described as follows: "Kars' Russian administrators built a series of grid patterned roads and pastel-colored bell époque stone buildings, typical of Russia's Baltic region." I here show them (in some cases I may be wrong in my interpretation, please inform me then). For instance, it has been claimed some are Greek.
