Summary

Description U.S. Air Force Boeing KC-135E Stratotanker aircraft from the 132nd Air Refueling Squadron, 101st Air Refueling Wing, Maine Air National Guard, parked on the flightline during a 30 day rotation to Pisa, Italy, in March 1996. The four man crews (pilot, copilot, navigator and boom operator) flew 5 to 10 hour missions, circling a preplanned route over the Adriatic, refueling NATO fighters participating in operations "Decisive Edge" and "Joint Endeavor". Identifyable is KC-135E 57-1505 which was retired to the AMARC as CA0205 in April 2008.
