Henry Augustus Neilson (1824-1862) was King Kamehameha IV's personal secretary, who he had shot out of suspicions that he was having an affair with his wife. Paul F. Marin (1825–1869) was the son of Don Francisco de Paula Marín and brother of Frank Marin.
