English: The main colonnaded avenue of the ancient Hellenistic/Roman/Byzantine city of Apamea in northwestern Syria. It was built in the second century CE. The monumental colonnade is among the longest and most famous in the Roman world. Apamea, ancient Greek and Roman city, Syria.
