English: LOCATED IN GIANT SPRINGS STATE PARK. A SERIES OF DAMS HAS ALTERED THE LANDSCAPE DRASTICALLY SINCE LEWIS AND CLARK PORTAGED HERE. THE MISSOURI HAD A SERIES OF WATERFALLS NOW REDUCED TO SMALL WATERFALLS AND ROCKY OUTCROPPINGS. A LARGE EXCELLENT MUSEUM HAS BEEN BUILT IN THE PARK DETAILING LEWIS AND CLARKS EXPEDITION. |

I CAN SEND OTHER PICTURES OF THE SITE UP AND DOWN THE RIVER IN THE GIANT SPRINGS STATE PARK. WITH ALL THE DAMS ETC IT IS HARD TO PINPOINT THE EXACT SITE B ECAUSE THE TYPOGRAPHY HAS BEEN ALTERED. THERE ARE SEVERAL ROCKY OUTCROPPINGS LIKE SHOW IN THIS PICTURE
