Summary

Description

Futalognkosaurus dukei, a sauropod titanosaur from the Late Cretaceous of Argentina, after Calvo et al. (2007), pencil drawing

Futalognkosaurus isn't known to have supported osteoderms. Several titanosaurs are known to of had them including a close relative Medozasaurus. The position and layout of the osteoderms has been loosely based on this interpretation, which is based on the work of Vidal et al 2015. [1]
