Summary

Description
English: Freret Street by Tulane University, Uptown New Orleans. Manhole cover reading "MFN/CSD ". MFD was Metromedia Fiber Network (went out of business in 2002). I don't know what "CSD" indicates; possibly "Communication Services for the Deaf"?
