DescriptionFoods being cooked in Burkina Faso, Africa.jpg
Cooking to make a living is just as important for street merchants as it is to feeding a family.
In Burkina Faso the environmental impacts of fuel are instant to see. With very little gas available wood fuels businesses and domestic cooking alike.
The challenge is how to provide people with the energy they need whilst protecting the existing forest cover that stops their land being engulfed by the desert.
