1,200 × 800 (900 bytes) MapGrid Reduced file size. Re-synced the fleur-de-lis from the government EPS file; this was required because the SVG path in the the last upload (march 31 2016) drifts very slightly from the government defined path in several places. Changed nominal dimensions to 1200x800.
