Summary

Description
English: A proposed flag for Oregon, designed by John Mothershead. One of the ten finalists in the 2008 contest (in which it was labelled "Flag E") held by The Oregonian newspaper to try and create a new flag for the state. The green and gold striped quarters represent agriculture and the land, while the wavy blue and white quarters represent the ocean and rivers.
