Unofficial local flag of Guadeloupe, from the xrmap flag collection 2.7. The bottom black color of the original flag (where the sugarcane and sun is) has been changed to red (RGB: 255-0-0). According to FOTW, this is a variant and is used on the island. [1] As the base image is PD, this mod is well.
