Flag of
Fujairah from 1952 until 1961, featuring a plain red field with the name of the emirate. Before and after, the emirate used a plain red flag. In 1975, the flag was replaced with the
national flag of the United Arab Emirates.
This is a retouched picture, which means that it has been digitally altered from its original version. Modifications: Made SVG; removed transparency of PNG; standardized red to that of other UAE flags. The original can be viewed here: Flag of Fujairah (1952–1972).svg: . Modifications made by

SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic) appears to have been inadequately vectorized, for example, by
auto-tracing, and may require revectorization to meet quality standards. Automatic tracing of complex images can produce overly-large files, inaccurate outlines, and often miss out smaller details completely. Please consider editing this image by hand in a
vector editor to improve it. For further information please see our
picture tutorial and
SVG help (or check the
talk page). For assistance, refer to the
Graphics Lab.
