Español: Julio Felipe Federico Pinglo Alva (Lima, Perú; 18 de julio de 1899 - 13 de mayo de 1936), conocido como «el bardo inmortal», fue un destacado compositor peruano, considerado uno de los máximos exponentes de la música criolla, poseedor de un estilo de amplio arraigo popular que enriqueció el acervo musical peruano. Es también conocido internacionalmente por ser el autor del vals «El plebeyo».
