Description
English: Pascagoula, MS, April 16, 2008 -- The Pascagoula Art Depot reopened earlier this year after receiving damage from Hurricane Katrina. The city received FEMA funding for the restoration of the structure, which is used as a gallery for local artists. Jennifer Smits/FEMA.
