Clothes dumped at the eastern end of Eve Road, Tottenham N17 near the junction with Ranelagh Road N17. Sunday evening 7 July 2019. § Reported to Haringey Council and Veolia its waste contractor using the free website <a href=" https://www.fixmystreet.com/report/1687882" rel="noreferrer nofollow"> Fix My Street</a>. The website suggests taking two photos if possible: a close-up and a wider angle to show the location. Scroll down for more information. About Dumped Clothing Some dumped clothing on the street may be from so-called 'charity bags' - plastic bags posted thorough letterboxes by clothing recycling companies which claim to collect for good causes. This claim may not be untrue. Bags are filled and left outside people's front doors for the company to collect. But they may be stolen and rummaged through for items for sale, or for personal use. [Note for people who live in other countries. Yes, we have growing poverty in the UK.]
