Description
Español: Escudo del municipio de Amozoc (Puebla, México): Está orlado por el cordón de la orden Franciscana, como símbolo de que tuvo un convento franciscano de gran importancia en la región. La parte superior del escudo esta dividida en dos secciones con barras azules y plata, como símbolo de los maravillosos trabajos de sus artistas en pavón azul y plata. La parte de bajo se encuentra el cielo azul, la montaña Matlalcueye o Malinche con su falda verde, los jeroglíficos de las estrellas de las culturas nahona y occidental, simbolizan los hados de ambas culturas, que fusionándose, dan origen a la cultura mestiza. La franja blanca que separa la parte superior e inferior, representa el antiguo y actual nombre Lugar sin Lodo y la nitidez de su ambiente.
