Diess Schalerl hat Herr Graf Frantz Ehrenreich von Trautmannsatorff, Kaysers Leopoldi gehaimer Rat und Botschafter in der Schweiz, in dem Benedictiner-Kloster zu Baden gefunden und an sich erhandelt und als eine antiquitet Ihrer Kayln. Maj. verehret Anno 1703.» Die Trinkschale ist im Besitz des Kunsthistorischen Museums Wien, welches der Ortsgemeinde Rapperswil die Bewilligung zur Anfertigung einer originalgetreuen Kopie erteilte.
