Summary

Description
English: Situated on the outskirts of Wonsan, North Korea, the Chonsam Cooperative Farm is possibly the only place in the country where foreign visitors are allowed into a working farm. While it is indeed a working farm, it does feel a little bit contrived. Throughout the duration of our visit, which lasted well over an hour, these children were singing, dancing and playing drums endlessly. Was it staged? The drums routine in particular, seemed more like a well-rehearsed performance.
