English: IN 1883 DUNMERE WAS COMMISSIONED BY ROBERT G. DUN OF DUN AND BRADSTREET AS HIS SUMMER HOME UNTIL HIS DEATH. FOLLOWING A MASSIVE FIRE WHICH LEFT ONLY THE GATEWAY AND THE GARDENER’S COTTAGE THE PROPERTY WAS SPLIT INTO THREE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. THIS PICTURE SHOWS THE STONE ARCHWAY WHICH WAS THE GATE TO THE ESTATE
