This arch and its artwork was dedicated Sept. 17, 1886, and hence is no longer subject to any form of copyright restrictions. According to records in the Smithsonian Institute, the sculptures were carved by Albert Entress (1844-1925). Again, copyright has expired since he died more than 70 years ago.
