Jérôme Duquesnoy l'Ancien, en 1619. Celle exposée de nos jours à l'angle des rues de l'Étuve et du Chêne est une réplique datant de 1965, l'original étant conservé à la Maison du Roi, musée de la ville de Bruxelles.
