| Description |
English: The Borough of Manhattan Community College (CUNY) building on West Street between Chambers and North Moore Streets was completed in 1980, after construction was halted in 1976. It was designed by CRS (Caudill Rowlett Scott Partnership. Behind it are Independence Plaza North (left) and Independence Plaza South (right) at 310 Greenwich Street between Duane and North Moore Streets, which were built in 1975 and designed by Oppenheimer, Brady & Vogelstein.
