English: Pathar Mangsher Jhol – Bengali style tender mutton curry. Mutton is the most widely consumed meat in Bengal and there are a lot of different preparations for the same. The traditional curry is made with onions, garlic, chillies, spices and garam masala with deep-fried potatoes that add a trademark texture and flavour to the gravy.
