Summary
| Description |
English: The DNA parts are synthesised with integrated prefix and suffix sequences (iP and iS) that contain BsaI sites. Restriction digest with BsaI is followed by incubation with the prepared iP and iS linkers. These linkers anneal via the complementary 4bp overhang and are ligated onto the DNA part. The parts are thus ready to be used for BASIC assembly. |
