This is a picture coming from a portrait of a person died more that 70 years ago. The portrait was painted before 1847 (Descapelles death), but the picture itself, for what I know, was never printed on a book before 2011. Therefore I am not sure if we must consider the date of the original portrait or the book publication for copyright purposes.
