The position of the camera is upon the O'Neill Slough - Foster City levee looking southward. The subject of the photo is the AM radio station on frequency 1550 kHz transmitter and antenna site, in Belmont, California, USA. Photo taken during King Tide flooding of O'Neill Slough, with the high tide waters of San Francisco Bay covering the Belmont Wetlands area. The nearest tide station is Redwood City, which indicated water level about +9.6 ft MLLW. The photo shows flooding of the transmitter site by the combined waters of the Pacific Ocean, San Francisco Bay, and the local watershed.
