(Original text : From Princeton Library website http://libweb2.princeton.edu/rbsc2/portfolio/hm/00000003.htm with the note "Folding plate in "An Historical and Geographical Account of the Province and Country of Pennsylvania and of West-New-Jersey in America," London, 1698, by Gabriel Thomas."

But map is engraved "Philip Lea" in the bottom right hand corner, thus Gabriel Thomas must be author of the book, and Philip Lea the map maker.)
