English: MEDITERRANEAN SEA (March. 21, 2011) Adm. Samuel J. Locklear, III, commander, Joint Task Force Odyssey Dawn, speaks with an aircrew team from the French Navy aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle (R91). Charles de Gaulle is operating in the Mediterranean Sea supporting the coalition led operations in response to the crisis in Libya. Joint Task Force Odyssey Dawn is the U.S. Africa Command task force established to provide operational and tactical command and control of U.S. military forces supporting the international response to the unrest in Libya and enforcement of United Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 1973.
