Français : Marcel Barbeau travaillant dans son atelier de Sutton (Estrie) au cours d'un séjour prolongé au Québec à l'été 2001. La plupart des peintures qu'il produisit à Sutton durant l'été 2001 ont fait partie de l'exposition "Dérives et variations II", présentée au Centre d'exposition de Baie Saint Paul, dans la région de Charlevoix (Québec), de Septembre 2003 à Mars 2004. On peut les voir sur le vidéo de la performance que Jocelyne Montpetit produisit au vernissage en relation avec les peintures de Barbeau, proposant une lecture chorégraphique de ces oeuvres et du parcours de l'exposition.
