Eutreptodactylus is an extinct genus of insectivorous bird known from the Early Eocene period ( Itaboraian) of Brazil. It was probably the most primitive member of the order Cuculiformes. Fossils have been found in the Itaboraí Formation at São José de Itaborai. [1]
