Repeated rejection of fair, accurate information
Hi there,
Other users/editors have stated that content added to Mohamed Lachemi's page did not have a neutral pov. The research section most recently added speaks to completed and published research and achievements, which by definition are not neutral - they are accomplishments. In response to previous feedback I have scaled back on adjectives to make the passages more neutral.
At the same time, many post secondary academic leaders have similar listings - I am not sure why this page continues to get that feedback when so many others of the same ilk are written in the same manner and allowed to stand.
Any specific feedback that any editor or users have to improve the neutrality of the content would be helpful to know.
The content on these pages is very similar to the content I am seeking to add to Lachemi's page.

All of those have issues that violate Wikipedia guidelines

Okay, can you provide some specific examples of how the Lachemi content can be modified to be more acceptable? How can pages on individuals, which are meant to educate readers on the subject's impact and accomplishments (inherently positive content), be a considersed accurate and acceptable to wikipedia, without being rejected as no 'npov'? I have added many citations to verify content as requested but that does not seem to have helped.

Johanna412 Your recent edits is much better than the last ones, and it would help if some parts of it had been improved more, especially your source that came with it (it would be better if you can provide more of the
secondary,
reliable sources
I will post a piece of your most recent edits here and I'll point out why it violates the
NPOV:
"A graduate of l'Université des Sciences et de la Technologie d'Oran in Algeria and L'Université de Sherbrooke (MASc and PhD), Dr. Mohamed Lachemi is a respected researcher and expert in the development of high-performance materials and advanced technologies. He is recognized for pioneering and distinguished work in the behaviour of concrete structures, and leadership in reducing the impact of building construction on the environment, through the development of sophisticated materials and innovative technologies. His research has advanced knowledge and made significant contributions to the engineering profession, industry, and global sustainability and health."
First, no source that indicates that he is a graduate of the said university.
Second, some phrases and words that seems to be overexaggerating his research:
- "respected" researcher
- "recognized for pioneering and distinguished work"
- "the development of sophisticated materials and innovative technologies"
- "has advanced knowledge and made significant contributions"
Okay, thank you - I can continue to limit adjectives. In terms of proving he is a graduate of the named institutions - how would you suggest that is done? I have linked to his full public facing CV previously and that was rejected. The other leaders I have cited do not have 'proof' of their degrees but rather links to the granting institutions and the definitions of what the degrees are. As I am sure you know, individuals do not post pictures of their degrees/diplomas or other proof of certification so I am not sure how that is best done, besides pointing to publicly available info, like a CV. Would a connection to his LinkedIn account be appropriate?
