The Charlotte Plaza in
Charlotte, Michigan is a
strip mall located on 515 Lansing Street.
The Charlotte Plaza opened in 1971 and originally housed an A&P Supermarket as its anchor, a hardware store called Byrum's True Value and other various stores. The plaza opened up with 700 parking spaces.
In the early 1990s the plaza began an explosive growth, as well as the A&P closing. The A&P building was divided and was replaced with a Soldan's Pet Supplies store, along with a video store called L.A. Video, other stores included a Goodwill, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Hallmark-Special Occasions
