Tom Estes. [1] was an American Artist and radio host from Forest, Mississippi. He was born on August 1, 1926 and died on May 18, 2016. HIs primary career was as a broadcaster with WQST [2] radio in Forest, MS. Throughout his life, he created numerous works of Art using chalk, acrylic, pen, and water color. Most of his artwork is now held in private collections while some is on display at Colbert Commons [3] which serves as the City of Forest Art Gallery. The gallery is an affiliate of the Mississippi Museum of Art [4]
