read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a
neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of
independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's
verifiability policy and the
notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies. Declined by

Rock Lititz is a collaborative campus located in Lititz, Pennsylvania, that serves as a hub for live production support companies and professionals. It provides rehearsal studios, a black box theater, a boutique hotel, and an upcoming university, facilitating collaboration in live event production. [1] [2]
Rock Lititz's origins can be traced to Lititz, Pennsylvania's status as a notable center for companies in the live events industry. Notable companies such as Clair Global, Tait Towers, and Atomic Design have established themselves in this region over the years. [3]
In 2011, partners Troy Clair and Late Great Real Estate purchased a 96-acre farm adjacent to Clair Global's Lititz headquarters, with the goal of creating a collaborative campus for live-event industry vendors. The Rock Lititz initiative gained momentum through community events like the Rock Lititz Tour bike race and the renovation of a floor in the General Sutter Inn (now Lititz Springs Inn and Spa). [4] [5] [6]
In 2012, with Warwick Township's approval, the partnership began construction. In September 2014, Rock Lititz Studio 1 was inaugurated, featuring substantial rehearsal space, high ceilings, and attached offices and amenities. [7]
Rock Lititz expanded in 2015 with the development of "Pod 2," a multi-tenant facility for live event service providers. [8] [9] In 2016, "Hotel Rock Lititz" was added to the campus, featuring a restaurant, lounge, and amenities for guests and clients. [10]
In 2021, "Pod 5" was constructed to accommodate additional business tenants, [11] and "Mickey's Black Box" became an entertainment venue for live performances. [12]
Studio 2 joined the campus in April 2022, in which Gov.-elect Josh Shapiro's inaugural celebration was held in December 2022. [13]
In 2023, Rock Lititz is expanding its scope into education with the construction of the "Pod 1A Education Center." This facility will house the "Academy of Live Technology," a collaboration between the UK-based Academy of Live Technology at Production Park and the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design. [14]
Rock Lititz is an approved vendor of the PA Entertainment Economic Enhancement Program [15] [16] and an approved location for the PA Film Tax Credit. [17] [18]
Rock Lititz includes rehearsal studios, Hotel Rock Lititz, Mickey's Black Box, and multi-tenant facilities such as Pod 2 and Pod 5.
