Patrick Ductant, also known as Ghost, [1] is a Haitian American entrepreneur and the co-founder and owner of Billionaires Row, a luxury brand. [2]
In his early twenties, he dropped out of college to pursue entrepreneurship and became a real estate investor. Ductant bought his first property at the age of 23. [2] [3]
In 2023, Ductant was arrested on charges of "conspiracy, bank and wire fraud, money laundering and aggravated identity theft," [4] [5] [6] according to the American City Business Journals. [7]
