Matthew Dell (born January 26, 1999) is a Canadian sports executive and entrepreneur known for his contributions in the hockey industry, sports marketing, and management.
He is currently the Managing Director of Advanced Hockey Advising.
Matthew Dell was born in Montreal, Quebec, having spent his formative years in Lachute, Quebec. He began his hockey journey at the age of eight, joining the Lachute Stars Youth Team. Dell then pursued his education at Laurentian Regional High School, while playing for the school's hockey team, LRHS Blues.
After graduating in 2016, Dell enrolled at Champlain College St-Lambert, located on the south shore of Montreal, where he received a degree in Sports Marketing & Management.
During his time at Champlain College, Dell ventured into independent hockey scouting and player representation within the south shore region of Montreal. There he contributed to various institutions and organisations, including Concordia University, Neutral Zone, and internships at Gold Star Hockey and OLP Sports.
in 2021, Dell assumed the role of Director of Business Operations at Advanced Hockey Advising, where he was tasked with expanding the company's brand presence. In his role, Dell has established the Annual AHA Showcases and personnel management responsibilities.
In 2022, Dell was promoted to Managing Director, where he oversees the company's day-to-day operations, manages a team of advisors and executives, and spearheads AHA's overall growth strategy.
