  • Comment: Arkansas Business largely relies on what those affiliated say, including their plans, etc. The Stuttgarter Zeitung gives an overview of the event and also includes independent coverage by experts critical of the company (how they get around German laws prohibiting pyramid schemes and sales tactics) so that one does count toward notability but that critical coverage needs to be included for NPOV. The Wirtschaftswoche is mostly about the industry rather than Lifeplus specifically and also critical (i.e. there's no need for Germans to buy supplements). One source is not enough establish notability though. S0091 ( talk) 15:17, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: Hello S0091, thanks for having a look at the draft. I would say though that the source coverage is sufficient to meet WP:NCORP. The article cites Stuttgarter Zeitung, Wirtschaftswoche, and Arkansas Business. These sources are all secondary, may be deemed independent and reliable, and they all discuss the subject in significant detail. I would also like to ask, what do you reckon needs improving for the article to meet WP:NPOV? -- Erika Mayer ( talk) 09:17, 21 May 2024 (UTC)

Lifeplus is an American multinational company of beauty and health products. It is headquartered in Batesville, Arkansas. [2]

Lifeplus has two main locations: Lifeplus International with the US-office and main production facility in Batesville, and Lifeplus Europe Ltd. in Cambridgeshire (UK). [3] [4]

History

Lifeplus was founded in the US in 1992 by former pharmacist Bob Lemon. [2] Lifeplus Europe Ltd. was founded in 1996 in the United Kingdom. [2] In 2001, the Lifeplus Foundation was established, which supports individual municipal projects for access to resources that enable a healthy life, such as clean drinking water or sanitary facilities. [5]

In 2013, Lifeplus Italia s.r.l. was founded in Italy as a wholly owned subsidiary of Lifeplus Europe. [6] On October 20, 2016, Lifeplus Europe inaugurated a new logistics hall in the UK. [6]

Lifeplus organizes events, such as the conference at Messe Stuttgart ( Germany) in 2017 or the "Wellbeing For Life Festival" in Munich (Germany), held for the first time in June 2022. [7] In 2022, Lifeplus began constructing four new buildings in Batesville. [1]

The American parent company employs 250 people. [1] In 2014, the European subsidiary Lifeplus Europe generated GBP 175.8 million. [8] Its central warehouse is located in St Neots near London, UK, where around 250 employees work. [6] Including the employees in the UK, Lifeplus has 350 employees in Europe. [1]

Lifeplus uses a multi-level marketing distribution model. [9] [7]
