Dolaz cheese is a traditional cheese produced from whey by nomad (Karakoyunlu, Hayta, Honamlı, Sarıkeçili Yörüks) in the Lakes region ( Isparta, Afyon and Antalya) in Turkey. [1] It is generally made from ewe's and goat's milk.
