David Ward (March 10, 1907 – March 1982) was an American football end in the National Football League for the Boston Redskins. [1] [2] Born in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, [3] Ward attended Haskell Indian Nations University and the University of New Mexico. [4] [5]
Ward played just one game for the Redskins. A Yakima Indian, he was also elected to the American Indian Athletic Hall of Fame.
