The Criminal Appeal Reports (Sentencing), [1] sometimes referred to as the Criminal Appeal (Sentencing) Reports, [2] are a series of law reports [3] of decisions which relate to sentencing. [4]
They are published by Sweet & Maxwell. [5] Publication began in 1979. [6] [7] As of 2008, they were published six times each year. [8]
For the purpose of citation, their name may be abbreviated to "Cr App R (S)". [9]
