Charles Liang (born 1956 or 1957) is the billionaire co-founder (with his wife Sara Liu), chairman, president and CEO of
Supermicro , an information technology company based in San Jose, California.

As of January 2024, Liang's stake in Supermicro is estimated at $3.3 billion.

Liang was born in Taiwan.

National Taiwan University of Science and Technology , and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Texas at Arlington .
