These tropical cyclones formed in the Pacific basin outside the normal hurricane season. The official hurricane season starts on 15 May within the National Hurricane Center area of warning responsibility, which is east of 140°W, and on 1 June within the Central Pacific Hurricane Center jurisdiction, which is between 140°W and the International Date Line; the season ends on 30 November.
